I take it as PWO Shake about 20 minutes after the start of training, 1 gr. Per kilogram of body weight plus 60 gr. Whey protein with plenty of water and drink it sips in between sets. Tastes pretty good, dissolves well in very fine powder, no lumps or similar, I can only recommend it.
