Notice curved blue velvet children

The product is fairly good but I did received only 29 hangers, one of 2 bags of 15 hangers was open ... however the cardboard was in perfect condition.
Can not request the missing item. Only the ability to return together, and therefore additional costs to get the package and drop additional time to receive my 30 hangers. J wish I could get just what he was missing .... and not return it!
