Price and existing customer reviews have made the choice fall on this mat, here are my pros and cons:
PRO:
- Supplied in a sturdy plastic bag, stowed in the mat again after the winter and can be without einzustauben, mothballed.
- The tethers are partly provided with hooks for fastening under the seat and partly with adjustable buckles, the installation is a little climbing work, but that is probably in the nature of things, but if all the stripping are pulled, the mat stays in place (except for the two lateral edges on the home page, see CONTRA)
- The mat has 2 heat settings, they can at a small boxes (there is also an OFF) be adjusted to the cable, since I am a frostbite running the mat ALWAYS on 2, this winter I did not have a cold ass
- After about 30sec-1min the mat is fully heated
- By the fairly simple design, it also falls on not equal, that you have a cushion in your car (at least with black seats)
CONTRA:
- The cigarette plug is a bit 'cheap' failed, it does not sit properly fixed and therefore like to slip times, so that the contact no longer exists and it is fast then cold again.
- The heat output at the back could turn a little warmer, but as mentioned I'm really a frostbite, maybe that's just my subjective feeling.
- Unfortunately fold when boarding always the edges of the mat (. Lateral and below) and to have, only then again brought in place subsequently be
- A luxury bonus to this mat would be a small bag or equivalent where you can stow the flying cable chaos
Despite some criticisms, I am not unhappy with my mat and would this friend with a few limitations to the probably complain about the criticism at this price is at a high level.
