Through the detailed reviews before me, I summarize my impressions hereby after 3 months service in the living room together (I reserve the right to update, the device should turn out worse than ever seen :)
+ Very nice, sleek design, elegant in black-silver (++)
+ Very clear, easy operator guidance. Instructions completely unnecessary
+ Pretty decent sound, albeit for Tonverbreitung for several people in a large room an external speaker is needed.
+ Aux Output for extra devices available in the price range only 1/3 of the radios
+ Not only AUX output, but also a speaker / headphone port here
+ Amazingly low price (++)
+ Rapid adjustment of the transmitter, to quite accurately, without interfering intermediate stations (++)
+ For as a "transistor" radio amazingly high volume in the large room achievable (++)
+ Stable grip on the rear side
Held + Even the rear in an elegant piano lacquer design
+ Antenna (left) pulled out and protected by integrated large knob (eye protection), but as I checked, it is not even necessary to take off, most of the channels can be without the extended antenna hear properly
+ Stable cable connection (removable) with stable Stromkapel
+ Old German cult brand back
NEGATIVE:
-Made In China (appeal to German brands: Sets Please restore Germany!)
-The Schaub Lorenz radio acts (by) something delicate, not heavy, massive enough
-The Chic Chrome trim / infatuation is unfortunately (but appropriate for the price) plastic
The mentioned in the other reviews mitteömäßige sound quality I can not confirm. naturally bring good external speakers more quality, built-in is still neater than I expected for a 20-Price.
All in all I am glad that the old German brand ITT Schaub-Lorenz again a decent radio (That was her great-order 80 years ago) brings out, albeit with Chinese workers, but better so than if the no longer are brand. Due to the significantly positive features in the essential technical aspects and design:
Full marks for SCHAUB-LORENZ (Hopefully considers it beyond the warranty period of time, if not, I shy away to a subsequent devaluation!)
