I wanted to discover the Reich of thought directly and that is what I thought the most accessible. While the tone is certainly interesting, very incisive and reads well, it gets closer by the time of satirical criticism over the drawings that adorn the text are very nice and speaking. Reich depicts a sick society that completely rejects. The problem is that I felt this text as a piercing cry of suffering and hatred. WR was rejected throughout his life by it and feels it. It just feels in no real anger outburst depth reflection he would be able, suddenly you lose the essence of his criticism, one is in the conflict for the conflict full of resentment which spoils the message. We are faced with an author who indulges in selfishness and paranoia who loses his cool indeed sorely tried throughout his career and I find it so sad that it ended up in that mindset.
