That's what I think of this when I'm considering such a purely acoustic scrap like this one of Nyman. I always get in such a fright shots and think my boxing have taken damage. Quick back whatever is pure of stockfish ... and lo and behold - everything again reference Worthy. The work is technically and recording of the mix creates a middle disaster. The recording is completely unbalanced, which can be seen well on the dynamic peaks of each track (see my link in the comment). The momentum was hoisted on some tracks to the absolute max from 0 dB. This inevitably leads to distortion and clipping, which you then also unfortunately very clearly heard in the mid and high frequencies. Then shots here where the peaks were runtergepelt up to -9.8 dB; that's extreme. I have never seen one. What had to be rescued or hidden here? The sound of this track sounds like sandpaper. Otherwise, the whole thing looks pretty flat, low acoustic stage and detail available. So this CD is tonal bottom drawer. Tolerable at best with cheap earplugs or car.
Music: The pieces are very repetitive in some cases. Most of them are run by the motive "The heart asks pleasure first." In some form it is found in almost every piece. Are times towards the end of 3 pieces are not marked them as a result can be just happy. The design still like it very much, only a little more variety had the album also did well. Although mass is not class, but you also have to recognize that as many as 20 tracks on this album present sindd.
Conclusion: Good soundtrack that tonally but can no longer be counted on average. More than just borderline - I can not recommend.
