I try since the end of March 2014, my Nero Windows 7 Professional (64bit) to get up and running. But this is impossible. In the beginning everything was great until after the installation is complete.
a) After the installation, I tried to make updates. It this some important updates have been displayed, you also could not deselect. So I installed it. Unfortunately, leaving partout two updates, even after repeated attempts, not install. This only many days later I managed by manuells Run the update files in any temporary folders of Windows.
b) Each time you start Nero and Nero Video primarily an error window with the content appears:
"FATAL ERROR - We are sorry, but at internal error occurred Please re-install the product to fix the problem Error Code: 2 / -32 / 11.0.4.9 See Doc # 5305.."
This message also appeared at the start of the burn process. Of course, I turned to the support but the proposed uninstall and reinstall again with the latest version from the Nero website had brought nothing!
c) At some point, should I then use the "NeroFirstAidKit" try it, which probably will delete all registry entries of Nero. After that I could not even have to reinstall Nero. It now appeared always the message:
"The file 'neroinfo.exe' is not marked for installation"
After a long search on the internet I came across the solution, that the folder "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Nero" after the first failure must delete. After the installation works then. Curiously, then worked the updates without problems. FATAL ERROR The course was still there!
d) Then I just tried the BluRay player. After the attempted (!!) Start of BluRay came every second of FATAL ERROR, which I had determined 8x click away. After the BluRay player wanted any patent data download. Which was again accompanied by a number of FATAL ERROR. Of course the BluRay did not play ... clear ..
e) After several attempts with the BluRay player, a message is now popped, that I have the sofwtare installed in parallel on many computers and now to request a reset of the counter at the Patent Support.
Well, now I have absolutely no desire for this, in my opinion worst software that I have held in recent years in his hands. From the support I've heard nothing that has really helped. Actually ought to exist the document on which the FATAL ERROR with "See Doc # 5305" it is pointed at Nero. There certainly is what it is.
