Positives: The pan does not bulge out and conducts heat more optimally. Meat without breading is optimal, gets a nice brown crust.
Negative: All other dishes, such as fried potatoes, meat with breadcrumbs are not so good. Some stuck in the soil structure. Also need a lot more fat than other coated pans. In addition, the pan can be partially difficult to clean, especially the border.
I would recommend the ladle for meat without breading and sausages, all other meals may not be optimal. I find that very unfortunate, especially when one considers the price of the pan. Then rather a few euros more and you have a pan that is good for all meals.
