We bought the device in December 2013, and were always very satisfied. The many features and brilliant starry sky had been the former reason to buy. Now, a year later, however, the known issues (blue light LINK LED dead, gone, Talk key problem) occurred. And lo and behold, our unit had the serial number MP01 ... Short complained on the Philips website and Ser entered. Immediately came on the screen displaying that we are getting a new device sent. Two days later, it is now here and the serial number now was MP03 ... All bugs fixed, everything is working again :)
