Now there is also the wall as valent reissue and again I am amazed that still quality-made things to reasonable money can be had.
I have probably not say much about the contents. I have been following PF since the days of Syd Barret's and admit, to find the subsequent phases of the band pleasing, yet better. the essential albums of the band will be at least for me are always the most important representatives of the psychedelic rock music.
also "the wall" I felt as a masterpiece, albeit as ailing, the like has consistently no longer such a high level in the first line called albums, will say that I have pinpointed here lengths and - that was my past, of course, purely subjective view - it would have done better production to do the brilliant moments on an LP and the other simply omit.
this reissue shaken this opinion a little. the remaster and let the perfect pressure rooms and background noise can be heard, which I have not seen in this plasticity and by listening to the making of the two plates exciting. especially the small delicate electronic sounds dissolve completely from the speakers and occur somewhere in the room.
the thing still is to me still too long, but somehow I did it once again part of the first and very much in this version.
the slipcase is made of high quality plates - with the original label - come in heavy 180g quality, clean, perfectly trimmed and the center hole is exactly centered - unfortunately lately not a foregone conclusion, therefore worth mentioning. like the original are also the text leaves here, plus a poster that came with my original not. the transparent sticker is used to already glued in contrast.
much vinyl and good sound money he of such reissues there could be more!
