Only via a detour over the PS4 compatible TV device / Lousy Sound / Sound dropouts

It seems to be so that no matter which one gets older headset itself, the decision whether it is compatible or not PS4, alone lies beründet that you somehow get sound on the headphones. I should have known better, but I take a chance on an experiment.

Microphone Connection:
About USB uncomplicated, unit is identified easily by console.

Sound connection:
About a Klinkenabzweigung the USB cable must be a connection via an additional cable to the audio outputs (RCA / stereo) on the TV. From there you get then, the delivered via HDMI to the TV set, sound tinny quality back.

Configuration:
The setting on the Console menu in the PS4 should know you, otherwise it will get complicated for technically versed person, because you possibly first examined only in the sound settings, but not in the device settings.

Soundausetzer:
In addition to the already fundamentally tinny sound experience, I have also had the problem that the sound is constantly exposed. Go, do not go, go, do not go. Not reasonable.

My conclusion: Stay away and rather spend a few more euros.
