This is the 2nd book Arnaud Tonnelé I buy, enthused by the concrete and how-side of "65 tools to support change." I have not been disappointed. I revisited many of the teaching received during my training as a coach, complemented by the accompaniments I could make a very clear, documented examples. Arnaud Tonnelé brings a capacity for synthesis of different currents of management which makes it really new didactic and practical book. Among the "news" that I appreciated: the temporal structure of the sitting (indicative but is guiding), the "corner curious" and the clarity of the original theoretical contributions. In short, once again, a beautiful and powerful book for consultants, coaches ... but not that ... It would be too simplistic. All those called to accompany the Team and the Human have to win to read this book.
