Optimal results - Good freebies

The Pizza Stone works great. Just as some reviews can be found here, it is basically something tricky to get the dough from the shovel on the stone at Pizza stones. While happy to be a other sellers of stones in this price range at this issue in the dark groping, this product is in addition to the starter kit (I'll get to) a fairly detailed manual in which among other things, this will provide assistance.
We made for the inauguration of the stone one (or several) Flammkuchen and there was not a single time trouble "Teigtransfer". The recommended in the manual "push technology" is a little finger tip feeling applied thoroughly recommended. If you still neat einmehlt the shovel and one pays just at Pizza on the dough is not "overloaded" to, there should not go wrong (is anything in the manual!)

The Flammkuchen was in any case absolutely perfect (less than 5 minutes baking time at 300 degrees). The ground was extremely crisp, without the covering would be burned.
For starter: In addition to the pizza peel (certainly not a highlight but in this price range absolutely ok) are currently specially welded one each pack pizza sauce (sugo) and pizza flour in. Both I have not tested, because the packaging of the pizza sauce was cracked and had been distributed in the starter set.

Here came the also already described by other excellent customer service from the seller to the game:
Although weekends and after 20 clock I had on my complaint in less than an hour an answer and after a few days as compensation 2 starter kits at the packing plant. Incidentally, with respect to the packaging has been indicated that this is because of the problems already optimized.
