I was previously a bit confused, because the thread, but have me but then struggled through to order the cooker. What I have not regretted it so far!
The digester is processed very valuable, but it is noticeable that there is a variance in the quality of the thread with which to connect the water tank and the coffee container.
I had the opportunity to try two identical models and it struck me that these differ in the nature of the thread. One read rotate cleanly without creaking or scratching. The others, however, had listened much worse. In the model, which I now use at home, the thread listens not perfectly, but when properly to rotate it and paying attention, then boil the kettle recorded coffee without irregular hissing or vapor that escapes to it not vorgsehenen points !
The rest of the processing is good. Not outstanding, but good! Criticisms are in my opinion the cover, the screw and handle. The cover makes a somewhat loose impression, but is located on the attachment! The handle is made of plastic and does not look so high, like the rest of the stove! In addition, some condensation running the handle when the coffee has boiled and the steam escapes, down and steam comes out of the opening on the handle, which can be sometimes very hot and uncomfortable! At least then, if you want to pouring the coffee directly after cooking. If you wait a moment, then that's no problem. The digester is otherwise very smooth, so you have to use the handle when spin, to make sure that the stove is to actually correct!
I had an aluminum maker, but I have retired this, because he has not cooked for a good coffee and more is described on the other hand, because there are various articles in which that one should take from aluminum cookers distance. Due to the fact that the smallest particles can be detached from the aluminum maker and can thus reach the coffee and in the body.
The cleaning of Venus cooker is very simple and relatively comfortable. I rinse it by hand and not in the dishwasher! A quick rinse under hot water with a cloth or sponge is fully sufficient, especially with me not every day the dishwasher is running and I still use the stove every day!
Oh, the coffee tastes me excellent. Whether Espresso or Americano, it tastes! Even subjectively somewhat better than the aluminum maker!
Ultimately, the Venus of me gets four stars, due to the somewhat checkered processing! Nevertheless, I can only recommend the stove and I would buy it again!
