Can not recommend this adapter. Have installed (from 09.11.2014) the latest drivers and the included USB3 cable used. In all resolutions the picture jerky when you move something on him, as if only 30Hz display, 60Hz (2560x1440) are set.

Probably it is the driver for OSX because there should be no problems with Windows.

Anyway, with my MacMini late 2012 quad-core CPU + 16 GB Ram, jerky greatly = unusable.

Will my 2nd monitor first use with an HDMI cable without these DP adapter, which works flawlessly. Hope that a new Mac Mini will appear in October, with 2 DisplayPort connectors.
