Overall grade "good"

After little more than two years, ie just above the warranty period, my Zanussi device gave up the ghost. A repair of the electronics damage would have cost at least 200 euros, so I opted for a new purchase. For a device of the Slovenian manufacturer Gorenje I chose because I was so far always been happy with this brand (washing machine, fridge-freezer).

+ Housing design and processing make a good impression
+ The cleaning of the lint filter is especially easy (by folding away a cover; nothing needs to be strengthened)
+ My standard program "Mix cupboard dry" for all textiles provides a very satisfactory result
+ Very good value for money (at price ranges from about 100 euros necessarily Find prices on the net!)

- The operating noise is just about acceptable for operation in the home to my mind
- Drain connection on the condensate tank can be pulled not lock, which is somewhat impractical when pouring

We can only hope that the device longer his service done as his predecessor Zanussi.

An extended warranty, as offered in some devices against impact, should be carefully considered. It must be stated here that the insurer only reimburses the respective value of the device, rather than the replacement value. Whether the extra cost for the insurance is still justified, the buyer must decide for themselves.
