Blizzard of Ozz (Expanded Edition) (Audio CD)

Customer Review

After Ozzy Osbourne was kicked out in 1979 with Black Sabbath, was probably not a damn on the success of his solo career. After him but Sharon Arden had (today Osbourne) brought out of the valley of depression and he could put together a powerful band with their help, Ozzy launched by.

One could certainly make his debut * * * Blizzard of Ozz the title all of a piece *. The songs that had Ozzy, with Bob Daisley, Randy Rhoads and Lee Kerslake, composed, indeed sound today no longer necessarily modern, but they have a certain flair of the Ozzy`s discs generally live (Fan's, you know what I my), and it while listening to the CD has the feeling as if the tape 45 min. went into the studio and the plate would eingemeiselt so compact sound the songs and the entire LP.

Comparisons with the songs of Black Sabbath or their LPs are so superfluous, useless. * Blizzard of Ozz reached * unfortunately at no time the quality of * Paranoid * or * Master Of Reality * what the listening does not spoil because Ozzy Osbourne here developed his own style.

The remastered edition of 2011 corrected fortunately all errors of the last reissue editions. There were the original recordings remastered, there are no new recordings, no exchanged soundtracks, but nine songs that should be in every gutsortieren heavy metal collection for over 30 years, which would be designated as such.
