For 2 weeks now I take this Blackroll daily!
Each muscle groups I work about 15 times á 3 units (more than recommended)
After 30 min. Muscle training now comes the Blackroll used.
I feel that I am deeply relaxed afterwards. My muscles are well supplied with blood, the pain caused by the intervertebral disc, also in everyday life, are appreciably lower than before the black roll.
