Pain caused by intervertebral discs I roll away!

I "role" already for a year in the studio. For professional reasons, I can do it no longer to go exercising regularly. Since then I fight constantly with calf cramps and become the worst, the pain due to a herniated disc are again very bad.

For 2 weeks now I take this Blackroll daily!

Each muscle groups I work about 15 times á 3 units (more than recommended)

After 30 min. Muscle training now comes the Blackroll used.

I feel that I am deeply relaxed afterwards. My muscles are well supplied with blood, the pain caused by the intervertebral disc, also in everyday life, are appreciably lower than before the black roll.
