Deep red to black in the glass. Fruity and sweet aroma. The wine goes well with quick and pleasant, is voluminous and tasty, but doing without much character or depth of flavor. As a typical Ripasso he has a superficial, almost jammy sweetness, but this lacks the counterplay of acidity, tannins you look almost in vain. As a companion to eat it is therefore more difficult most likely to match the dessert. For me, more of a "grandma-wine" and not my cup of tea, but he has a lot of fans who like it, get here a lot of wine for the money and should pick it up at the most for 1-2 years, after which it is no longer safe better.
