Moreover its height multiplies the layers and it is a treat!
I couple with square extensible De Buyer and sometimes I'm using it to ask the the milieu and thus give an original form to my cakes.
I also use it to make it cook a biscuit the size I want, but in this case I surrounds a kitchen string and it relieves me to buy everything a square or rectangle armada that would take me a crazy place more !!
