Bie the price of 20.- one could expect a little more. The switch is inferior. The mounting too shaky for the force that must be applied to adjust. The power supply is too riesieg for 3W power it brings.
Light output is ok, enough as a reading lamp completely.
Black cable with silver lamp also does not look particularly good.
