This recording of the famous Bach solo sonatas and partitas is of great depth and clarity. By his own admission Vesselin Paraschkevov studied these pieces for decades and been interpreted here in the highest championship. I have experienced how Paraschkevov 140 minutes -. Without notes! playing these wonders of music.
There are many recordings, but here only to the handset opens up the spirit of Johann Sebastian Bach in all its purity. This is just "pure music", no sentimentality, no pathos, neither romanticized nor dogmatic Werktreu yet of tremendous emotional truth. Who discovered this for themselves, found a door to the human soul.
