If I had known I would have asked receipt and statement of the problem reimbursement directly. Note: I regularly buy on Amazon and this is the first time I am confronted with a provider that does not support the return of the parcel ... Amazon needs to better lock some of its "supplier partners," Glück-express should not be described in terms of its procedure for forwarding service packages. A responsible provider must support the return of a parcel under warranty and the customer have to pay anything at all. I will continue to buy on Amazon, but not with express-Glück !!!
