Peak Performance Glutamine - operation of highly questionable

I bought this product because I have read only positive articles on the web. After I have now used up two of the cans, I am sorry to say that it was not helpful. The desire was to overcome my Plato. However, this did not succeed. I have kept myself to taking the manufacturer's recommendation. Therefore, only one star. If need be, assist with weight loss this product. But that is purely subjective.
For the solubility I would 3 stars awarded, since it does not dissolve completely. For the packaging and shipment I give 4 stars.

Conclusion: Once again a product that nobody needs. The money you can save.
