purchase in November 2010 Following purchase 2 player in the space of 15 days, received all with 2 bp ditto hatch cd not opening. the first hatch would not open at all, the second hatch was half open to unpacking and impossible to open. I do not know if I should say poor quality product on certain site because it is well noted, and then neglect the carrier package.
