Fits and works perfectly on a PS3 FAT black CECHG04 model. Less than 10 minutes to install. After restarting the PS3, it recognizes and automatically formats the hard drive. A new system reboot and everything is OK, you just have to be guided by the PS3 ... Do then remains is to reinstall the game (if like me you are choosing not to save in advance USB key that your game saves).
