1 - Installation is simple (you have actually tighten the nuts, or take self-locking)
2 - cutting heights are well thought: when we waited too long since the last mowing and the grass is long, just make two passages by reducing the height gradually.
3 - we must take the time to adjust the distance of the helical blade with the base, but it's super simple, it's two little nuts on both sides. (As I had read elsewhere, it is best to check the setting with a sheet of paper).
Compared with an electric mower:
- I was warned that it would pass the physical push mower: frankly no more than doing it with an electric mower is still much heavier to push. And especially the FREEDOM of not having wire in the feet, it makes much more enjoyable mowing.
- Noise issue: you can not say it's completely silent, or else it is that the blade cuts nothing.
For any surface?
For now I use it in a garden of 50 square meters on slopes. And it's perfect.
I intend to try it on a larger area to see if it is feasible.
But frankly I do not see why it would not.
Conclusion: for now I am totally convinced.
(Even my wife wants to mow Now)
To see in time how the tool will evolve (I will update my review if any).
