Experimenting is part of us when grilling it. When we grilled our first fish, I had this to solve the grill grate effort. That's why we bought serving fish and vegetable holder.
I must refer to the manufacturer's site for the exact product information.
Personal experiences:
Appearance:
As always, a matter of taste and here rather secondary. More important is the function.
Haptics / processing:
Weber-typical well. Two superimposed steel mats edged in a sturdy frame. Are each the handholds on the sides. The closure keeps both sides together firmly.
Grill Features:
We decided for the full-surface variant. Unlike the fish-shaped holders have been here more leeway for different barbecue food.
In our first attempt, we grilled salmon fillets (sandwich type). Larger advantage for me was the turn of the food without additional aids (except for the barbecue gloves) and fish (almost) had no direct contact with rust.
The mats kept the food to be grilled very well in position.
Cleaning:
Something soaking and down into the dishwasher. Could not be simpler.
Conclusion:
The price is high, as with any original accessories from Weber and everyone must decide for himself whether he wants to afford it. We can only recommend the fish holder.
