This book is really well done, the variety of recipes is very large, the summary of revenues by name and ingredients is perfect. The recipes are really tasty and achievable with ingredients easy to obtain. BUT I returned, I would "reassure dear author," not to the quality of product but now I already own the book of Clea and it is no competition because it would be ideal really have both. No no, the real problem is in the final price ... I realized that having two books for the sum of almost 60 euros somewhere gave me dizzy. So my advice is, this book is perfect for all your kitchen, not very helpful but if you already have others. This does not prevent me to advise when I am asked what cookbook to turn to vegan.
