Perfect for a mass sotckage use ...

This is my 6th Green at Western Digital disk (1to 2 * in the pc, 1.5TB * 1 in usb enclosure, 3to * 3 in a nas).
Never worry, nickel for use type storage, especially in a NAS or USB box, where a disc uses "green" makes sense.
Low noise, low power and so little heated and spun at 5400rpm, so wear less ... perfect mechanical longevity of the product and therefore the serenity of the data placed on it (which nempêche not to make a save, very sure) .

This new revision (EARX) improves at all the old mark (EARS).
Even less consumption, heat, noise and better rates.
All this thanks, in part, to the presence of 4 plates (against 3) for the revision.

One star less for the guarantee, which rose from just above 3 years 2 years now.

By cons, red card for Amazon, on this one !!!

Like others, I received my hard drive packed in a single carton for pocket book, so without any protection!
And since the package was delivered to the keeper, impossible to refuse.
Unacceptable!

Currently disc thorough check by WD LifeGuard (there for several hours).
I will publish my review if the disc in any trouble.
Edit: No problems on the drive, depending for months without worry.
