The Fleur de Sel is a really good salt from the heart of the Camargue. Perfect not only for the preparation of sauces, dressings, etc., but also for a decent butter bread in the morning. The coarse-grained salt is adapted perfectly and in my opinion has a slightly different taste (from the feeling salty) than the usual salt from the SB-market. In addition, I find the packaging also very nicely decorated (just French?!?). The package is tightly closed by a cork / plastic lid.
