The oil, which is, incidentally, so soft-supple as Vaseline, I use mainly for skin care. As others have pointed out, the skin is of silky smooth. The oil is absorbed naturally not as fast as a lotion, interestingly enough, but I have learned that I could "slide into" problems in my pants despite slightly oily legs. The oil left no greasy film on / in the pants, and the fabric slid very pleasant on the skin along. No standstill / brakes, as we know it otherwise, when getting dressed with fresh eingecremter skin and the clothes uncomfortable then stick to the skin.
I also occasionally small neurodermatitis points at the elbow, which - treated with this coconut oil - went away. The itching disappeared immediately, the skin looked after about 24 hrs. A lot better / healed from (though only 1x top lubricated) and after 1-2 further days was the place altogether. I'm excited!
The coconut oil I have tasted for hair sometimes. Unfortunately, all did not work. My hair was after the kneading of the oil ('ve still limited) total heavy and dull. I could conjure up any hairstyle so. Well, I can live with it; for the hair I have the amazing Marrakesh Oil.
For a hearty meal I have already tried the oil. Unfortunately the coconut taste is too dominant for my taste; I will therefore take it only for sweet dishes and for baking. The oil is also very good as butter / margarine substitute for sweet spreads. But please do not refrigerate; the oil is then determined.
Also very pleasant: although the oil really smells of coconut (one would like to literally lick after creaming ;-)), the smell vanishes after some time, which has the advantage that you can order really ever apply cream, without penetrating to smelling coconut.
I'm totally hooked by this oil and can recommend it highly!

Small supplement:
I came when ironing my freshly oiled arms on her shirt, then unfortunately the once oil stains had (your own fault, no doubt). The oil spill did not go out through normal 30 degree wash, only with Gallseifen stain cleaner. This is just a tip.
Meanwhile, the coconut oil has proved as a wonderful remedy for eczema and other "skin itch"! The miserable itching stops immediately and the skin heals quickly.
