The included central disc (4.5 mm) was unsuitable for beef patty and so I had to additionally buy this set. With the 3 mm plate, I then repeatedly made successful beef patty. The 4.5 mm disc I will use for Hackepeter. The 6 mm disc is still unused.

The disk set is made of stainless steel ordendlich. (Made in Germany) While the price is high, I recommend this perforated disc set for the production of beef patty.
