The last - and absolutely outstanding - novel as of the inexhaustible The Square fits in a plot addictive two themes "political" strong current: the "whistle blowers" and the gradual substitution of "national" armed mercenaries by private companies. Only in this, "If A Delicate Truth" is already an important book that helps us understand - even be upset - the world in which we now live. What elevates the book above the current production or even of many other thrillers yet prolific and inspired John Le Carré, is its remarkable construction: curiously starting "dotted" with characters, which is barely grasp the essence, immersed in confused situations turn around and apparently innocuous, "A Delicate Truth If" gradually acquires a gripping human density in parallel with the agonizing tightening its plot and convergence of situations to pure thriller anxiety. The end, vertiginous and steep, is perfect, leaving us totally defeated by the absolute master narrative of the author. If one adds a crazy stylistic elegance and a good dose of humor "English" - at least in the first part - you will certainly agree that stands there like a little Doeuvre chief of intelligence.
