Taste is well known, arguing and a wine expert, I am not well. However, I now throw myself in trying to describe the wines tasted a bit. The Corvina Cabernet Sauvignon we let us taste the cozy movie night with savory snacks. The 13% alcohol come over easily and the wine tasted good to us. The Terre Del Sasso but I felt a little sour in taste. Amused Herrlich we though about the description on the bottle. Nothing against the content of the description, the number of spelling mistakes but is impressive! At Baglio Gibellina then I was taken aback when I read "contains sulfites", is the way on the other two wines. Until now I did not know this chemical. Now I know that sulfites are chemicals that cause most allergies. Allegedly must go to fight in the wine to the mold in the wine barrels that stuff. How widespread this chemical in other wines, I can not say, as I said am not an expert. I find questionable the fact yet. Allergy sufferers should be well informed before buying. Google is an excellent servant in this case.
