Of course it is not easy so without fixed food, but when you goals in mind has no problem.
We have tried the product for the first time 2013/2014 for a few weeks and keep the over a period of about 8 weeks without us fully to the instructions. We have "normal" fed at the weekend and there also taken our favorite meals for us.
Of course, this all slowly went (after the first 5 kilos the first week), but it's healthier to decrease slowly at the end.
Important: the yo-yo effect failed to materialize fully, even though we had the diet after the 8 weeks back on fairly normal level as before.
Unfortunately I had last year several months cardiovascular problem which has only now been solved with medication - blood pressure down, gefuttert as before = weight up - ugly.
But after a week already returned 4 kilos down and I feel today - on the 5th day without solid food - absolutely efficient and fit.
The program I prefer now through to mid-April, then the sun comes up and you also move back more.
We can recommend it - although it is of course not rocket science. By diet IV with this product is taken off automatically, but would in the long run also lead to nutritional deficiencies.
Therefore, set goals even when the successes - but just the second week - are very very low. Always nice to stay on the ball and reach the goal.
