I think it's even a bit stronger than the great classics "Only Built ..", "Liquid Swords" or "Tical".
Mag firstly be that INS -next GZA- my favorite rapper at the Clan's - clear voice, perfect flow and very good lyrics that are always on point.
But seen in terms of production convinced the album along its entire length, it has not only the in my eyes to the other albums easily overused darkly dirty reduced Wu sound of RZA, but is musically much more diversified and developed its own, clear Vibe.
In addition to RZA are many Wu-house producers like 4th Disciple, Mathematics and True Master of the party, but also the Rebel itself has some great beats tinkered ("Word on the Street", "Elevation", "Hyperdermix" and "The Cause") which are among the best on the album.
The typical grimey Wu sound can be heard for example on "9th Chamber", "Longevity" (killer!), "REC Room" or "Friction". As already mentioned, there are thankfully still hear very different things. Very phosphates and driving sounds like "Movas & Shakers", "The Cause" or "Word on the Street" are also to hear how slow melancholy songs รก la "Elevation" and "Lovin You".
A significant part of the album put as some very deepe, profound and characteristic of the album tracks, which are difficult to describe how the title track, "Show n Prove", "Hyperdermix" and the ingenious Wu anthem "The Grand Prix" ft. U-God & Street Life.Weitere guests are La The Darkman, Masta Killa, Killa Sin and Barretta 9.
For me, an almost entirely perfect album, also degrees because it is only the typical Wu-Head wendet- the album simply has a very unique Flair.Jedem rap listener is this unfortunately quite insignificant residual album full and recommended all!
