High Violet, the last album by The National, in my ears was not necessarily an increase to its powerful predecessor "Boxer" from 2007. Both albums were also may well pass for a double album - with a few and can afford for weaknesses.
In "Trouble Will Find Me" is The National place but in the very first numbers so the stuff, develop their sound a bit Inflated way, but so that it never interferes with or you would have to have the fear here is the new Coldplay develop ,
What I also find very sympathetic that The National, which were indeed compared occasionally with Radiohead, not degenerate into bad, inedible sound experiments. It seems they do everything right. This album is not a stylistic evolution, but the songs are simply better arranged. Bitter-sweet and even massive, oppressive sound pearls are.
