Meanwhile, the barbecue could be adequately tested. Contrary to what has been described in so many other reviews, the device does what it is - namely a barbecue and in good quality. But many also make the mistake of comparing an electric grill with a charcoal grill.
Fillet steaks and rump steak (250-300 g / 3-4 cm) on both sides for 5-6 minutes just perfect. Ciabatta etc. etc. delicious.
All sorts of vegetables such. As peppers, tomatoes, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, etc. also perfect.
Furthermore, we have all sizes of shrimp / prawn / Black Tiger, etc. - with or without shell - grilled. Again, with the best results. The sea creatures were nice and juicy. The here so often mentioned sausages I will add on the occasion of my review, since we rarely eat what. But only the extent to dinner.
Cleaning is Ruck Zuck and very comfortable. The grill is fast together and disassembled (4 parts !!). The plate, shortly after switching off before wiping with kitchen towel and already the worst is done. It's been described, these are the parts Dishwasher safe, but I would advise against it necessarily. A cleaning in the dishwasher is essentially a mechanical cleaning (sandblasting with water - one recognizes you to the edge has dulled glasses, etc.). A dishwasher is for each coated cooking utensil (pan, griddle etc.) poison.
Conclusion:
A small asterisk I have to deduct in spite of everything but for a few things:
- The power cord is unfortunately a very short, here was at the wrong end saved,
- The operating button wobbles something could still be something solid
- The recipe book was not included here, but there was the day of delivery by Amazon credit for it,
- In the product description is something of a 6 mm thick plate !!! This description should necessarily be corrected - the plate is more than 3 mm thick (measured digitally) !! The grooves and the edge can not be specified as a board thickness. But I have found no place that the measure has 6 mm.
However, the points just mentioned do not affect the functionality of the grill.
All in all, a device with a good price-performance ratio. For this price you can buy the device without hesitation. Therefore I can only recommend this grill.
