Our first Raclette, from the same price category was after one year (4 times used) no longer usable, because the grill plate made of thin coated metal was that right out of the buckled under the heat, the coating came off, etc. So once again but with low stone slab! The first smoke was as described for about 10 minutes and was held after one minute vorrüber. Then we have four hours fired the grill and the device has proven itself, the stone was very hot and was also on the pans reliable. Only the stone slab saw the next morning terrible. Branded fat far as the eye and in the manual is clean without detergent only with warm water. Mentally we had already written off the device! But actually, water, dish brush and only 5 minutes expenditure of time and the plate was sparkling. Had known this, we would have bought the same unit with stone! 100% Recommend!
