Philips PT739 / 18 returned, disappointed

I had been the HQ7140 with whom I was very pleased. Meanwhile, a sufficient battery charge only for 5 days and the shaving heads were also to swap back. Therefore I bought with the actually comparable successor Philips PT739 / 18 in the electronics market.

I am totally disappointed:

1. Terribly loud and quite shrill noise. Even my wife has complained.

2. After shaving the skin was roughened properly, you Müster then apply cream actually.

3. Even after a longer shaving time than in the old model is not as good shaving (can be felt clearly) and by the longer time the skin was flushed more.

I have participated for 3 days and then again used the old.

I I have the equipment returned to return there with my comments on Philips.

(Never returned aught except defective goods) for me in my life the biggest disappointment of a product.
