Did I want to create a new neck support pillow with latex core after 6 years.
Since I already have duvets of fan and am happy I ordered via Fa. ReMass a new latex core pillow.
Unfortunately, you can not adjust the height of this pillow!
My old latex pillow had two narrow spaces made of latex.

After many mails from the company. ReMass that I should write a review I'm doing it now.

Before I made the Fa. ReMass attention to the fact of something flat support cushion.
Unfortunately, there was only the answer: ... delivered, as in the description ...?!
Only the nothing stands in the description!
Oh, and by the end of the text then: Highest point 10 cm (that would be times ne statement that is important!)
But even with respect there are just 9cm !!!!
Have with my wife the support pillow swapped, but even she has problems with the height not sufficient.

So is the pillow, which does not support a case for a ton.
I would have liked from the company. ReMaas GmbH & Co.KG a withdrawal, but there was no answer to my question, I am dissatisfied with the service, which is reflected in my current rating!

I am self-service and am really proud that I'm more accommodating to my customers)
Unfortunately I have to continue to look for a neck support pillow from latex :(
