Hello There, I first wanted to write anything, but I think it should be mentioned once. I bought the pliers for the evaluation and hope that it was a production error. In turn the first pipe (Alu 10mm) by hand !, immediately the tube holder is terminated, without ever bend the tube slightly. Furthermore you can see in the product description 2 screws that hold the connection. These were only rivets, which are also available with other providers at half price with the device. The withdrawal took place, however, without problems.
