Customer Review

One almost feels Led Zeppelin have risen to aground after Physical Graffiti on top form. A little very Perfect sounds here so many pieces. "When the Levee breakes" had some very rough and almost low fi. Such uncut diamonds are not found here. Nevertheless, the album is very consistent and the arrangements will look crisper as the fatigue during the last two Zep albums. "29 Palms" and the cover piece "If I Were a Carpenter" are veritable hits and many pieces are arranged by long-known Zep-style. Everything is in there: Bonds of Kashmir or Whole Lotta Love. In the previous albums of Plant could immediately recognize the solo attitude. Here is not the case. Even the reunion albums of Plant / Page act not as convincing as this album on me. Who liked Led Zeppelin, will not come to this plate, especially Plants voice sounds here amazingly to Old Scool-Plant.
