While it is on it Vanessa Paradis, but this is mainly a Benjamin Biolay album. He has produced it and wrote many of the songs themselves. But still: Vanessa Paradis sings great. I found her voice still a bit thin and squeaky - here it is completely different. A really good singer. The music is varied, ranging from disco-pop and chansons to dark ballads. Sometimes I will be a bit too often the history of music quotes (Time of the Season, Where the Wild Roses Grow, Bee Gees), but it still goes. Is a little irritating that the album was divided into two CDs - they fit on a mE. But no matter: It's all about the music and that is great!
