At the main character starting point recluse on an island in Sweden, he bathes daily in a hole in the snow to feel that despite the loneliness that surrounds it still lives. Then the As, and following a chain of events his solitude will eventually give way to beautiful meetings or reunions where he will face the ghosts of the past. The setting is idyllic creating a special atmosphere to this novel. If the author mastered the art of suspense he also mastered the atmosphere. This is a very good read, especially not deprive read it.
