After I collected painful and burning experience with chemical heat on skin irritation and warming the skin (ABC patches and rheumatism plasters from DM), I am now very happy with this solution, the physical warming on the skin. It's like the pavement of Rossmann, but dissolves more easily from unintentionally, so a point-deduction. One should fix it at the edges with Fixomull what the patch makes more expensive, but due to the larger amount of content into perspective the price.
