I chose this rating because it is a comprehensive book that reads almost like a novel. Packed with good ideas to put into practice immediately and rich illuminating teachings, it gives a sacred fishing! Read, reread and to offer without moderation! What I liked: "! Plant'actions" exercises, stories in which we find ourselves and about humorous and wisdom of the author. I would recommend this book to everyone: that one is good in his life or Research wellness. It is a work that touches everyone. A must to have on his bedside table!
