Poor documentation. Worse Mac-user support. Customer Forum offline.

Am disappointed. Now that I have been waiting for almost 2 months on the good part, I also still the same the latest drivers have downloaded from the manufacturer's site for Mac OS X Lion down yesterday, the card reader was now beginning to finally. Was glad that there are Mac driver. But the reality was unfortunately quite different. Have the unit plugged in, but it was not recognized. Multiple install the software did not help. Also, do not install the drivers that were included in the CD. Support nil because the Forum, that is referenced, is just "offline". The company to which you can send a support mail is only Mon-Fri accessible. Felt like a beta tester. Extremely poor performance for a plastic box, which costs about as much.

After much tasting I've found a solution. Here are my notes for all Mac users (I have Mac OS X 10.7 - Lion):
Card readers do not plug it.
Load 10.7 down - current from the manufacturer's website for driver OS X 10.6.
Install drivers.
Restart the computer.
Chrome Start (reader does not work with Safari 5.1)
Enter URL that is specified on the enclosed card login.
Browser Plugin Download.
Close all browser.
Install Plugin.
Now surf to return the URL of the login card with Chrome.
Should now work.
