Poor Programs

The cables are in different colors and the completely enough.

What I find, however unfavorable the first thing is the setting of the channel thickness. This has no numbers, but only portions of a circle. However, a proportion of not 1, but 2 steps. Ie Pressing the plus key 1x, so although the display will flash briefly, but does not change thereafter. Only after the 2nd press time swapping in a group share. So you have to remember how many times you have pressed, if you want to set the same values ​​on all channels.

Why do I feel but the unit as a really bad, are the various EMS programs which are actually almost all the same, and not at all suitable for toning. The individual programs in this device differ mainly in the muscle group, on which the electrodes (actually almost only in name) are attached. So there are for example the arms only one program that is almost completely identical to the program for the neck muscles and the lattisimus. However, this only works pulsating with 5 and 4 Hz, providing no contraction of the muscles and hence no muscle building. General not one of the preset programs works with more than 30 Hz - but this is the lower limit for the mass construction. Everything else is more for heating, regeneration and endurance training. While this includes everything to EMS with pure, but then had various programs for good and not just one for all!

One can indeed the programs compile complete itself (which one asset accounts), but even that is not perfect. For example, if you work with 2 cycles, cycle 1 4 Hz, 15s On, Off 0s and cycle 2 55Hz, 10s On, Off 0s - starts cycle 2 immediately with 55Hz, but starts (soon) rising. Ergo for TENS and massage the device is possibly okay (in the area I am not familiar) useful for EMS but only in manual mode.
